Q : Can we bring our own drinks for the adults coming to the party?
A : No outside food or drinks are allowed. However, you are encouraged to place such order while booking your party, otherwise your guests will have to order drinks for our concession stand.
Q : Can we bring outside decorations ?
A : All parties at Bumper Jumpers automatically comes with a decoration and we cannot allow any form of decoration from the outside.
Q : What theme’s do you provide with a theme party?
A: So as not to restrict your options to our selections, we will honor any decoration that is present at the local Party City stores.
Q : How long do I have at your facility for my party?
A : At Bumper Jumpers, you have unlimited play time in the play area but the party room is only held secured for you for a maximum of 2hours.
Q : Is the birthday child included in the headcount of kids attending the party?
A : Yes, the birthday child is part of your headcount so please keep that in mind when you select a package.
Q : Is BJ’s closed for my party?
A: No, however, you have a private room for the main celebration.
Q: How long can my guests stay to jump?
A: You can stay and play at Bumper Jumpers as long as you want for as long as your guests obey all our house rules.
Q : Do you charge for adults to attend birthday parties?
A: At Bumper Jumpers, we do not charge for adults to attend a party at our facility.
Q: Do I have to pay for a child that will not be getting on the rides?
A: Unfortunately we charge for every child under the age of 17 regardless of whether they will be getting on the equipment or not?
Q: What happens if I have more kids show up for my party than planned?
A: At Bumper Jumpers , we will honor the unplanned guests however, we will charge $10 for each additional kids over your party limits.
Q: If I need to cancel my party, can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are only given if you cancel your party within 15days of booking it, otherwise, refunds are not given but you can reschedule your party for up to three times without losing your deposit.
Q: Can I use my deposit towards general admission should I cancel my party?
A: Unfortunately, party deposits cannot be used for general admissions.If you choose to cancel your party and not reschedule, you will forefeit your deposit.
Q: Can I celebrate my child’s birthday at Bumper Jumpers without booking a party?
A: Bumper Jumpers welcome people to come for open play at all times.If you come to BJ’s to celebrate a birthday and you do not have a party booked, you will be treated as an open play walk in guests and you will not be allowed to bring in any gifts, cake, decorations or drinks. However, you are allowed to order in Pizza from your favorite Pizza place.
Q: Can we UPGRADE our party packages?
A: Yes you can upgrade your party packages no later than 72hours before your party for UNTHEMED parties otherwise we will charge $25 for late booking or changes to booking for THEMED parties.
Q: Can we DOWNGRADE our party packages?
A: Parties CANNOT be downgraded for any reason.No exception please.
Q: Do we have to use Pizza from Hungry Howie’s?
A: You are not compelled to use Pizza we provide but it is already part of the package.You may order more pizza of your choice at your choosing.
