All Parties Include:
- Unlimited play time however you have to schedule when you want to go into the party room at time of booking.
- 2 Hours in the party room.
- Bumper Jumpers will provide the drinks, paper plates and cups, napkins, spoons, forks, cake knife, tablecloth, decorations and invitation.
- Bumper Jumpers will provide Pizza for any package you choose courtesy of Hungry Howie’s Pizza . You are allowed to order more Pizza at your own expense but the Pizza we provide will be enough for the party package you choose.
- Party Hostess to help coordinate your party.
- Three balloons and a treat for the birthday child.
- Party Clean up will be done by Bumper Jumper’s Staff.
- No outside food, drinks or decorations will be allowed at our facility. NO EXCEPTION PLEASE!
- Birthday Child has the opportunity to go into BJ’s Money Machine for 10SECONDS to catch as much play money as they can to redeem for a gift card.In the event the brithday child is less than 5years old, we will NOT encourage them to go in the money machine but we are committed to a BJ gift Certificate for the birthday child of an amount specified in the party packages.
- WE DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO TIP OUR STAFF PLEASE. IT IS AGAINST OUR COMPANY POLICY. WE BELIEVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SHOULD BE FREE.
- OUR PLAY AREA IS ALWAYS OPEN FOR GENERAL PLAY EVEN DURING SCHEDULED BIRTHDAY PARTIES.
- Please don’t forget to bring the Cake and Candles. We will provide you with a lighter for the candles.
For additional Fee, you can have the following provided by BJ or you can bring it to your party
- Ice cream (chocolate or vanilla) for $1.25/cup
- Happy Birthday balloons at $1.25 each
- Goody bags for $3 each
- One large Pizza with one topping for $10 ( Our pizza’s are from Hungry Howie’s Pizza)
Deposit and Reservations:
A $100 deposit is required to place your party reservation and secure the date and time. Deposits are refundable up to 15 days prior to your party. You may reschedule your party for another date and time within 30-days of rescheduling provided we have that date and time available.In the event you are unable to honor the new date change, a fee of $25 will be accessed for another rescheduling of the party.You can only reschedule your party if we were contacted at least 3 Business Days in advance of rescheduling otherwise we will consider it a cancellation and your deposit will be forefeited. We will need a final head count 3 Business days before the party day to allow us enough time to prepare for your guests. If at the time of your party you have more children than your final headcount, it will be an additional $10 per child fee, if you have less children than your final headcount, there will be no adjustments. Please ensure all changes are made no later than 3 business days prior to your party to avoid a $25 late booking fee. However, for Theme Parties, you need to provide the theme at the time of booking your party, changing themes at any time after the party has been booked and deposit paid will result in a $25 processing fee.
Policy Regarding Weather: In the event of a snow or extreme bad weather, Bumper Jumpers is commited to be opened at all times especially when you have a party booked with us. If you choose to reschedule your party while we are opened, there is a $35 rescheduling fee. If we are closed, we will contact you to advise you of our closure and discuss your options with you. However, we will do everything within our power to be opened. Deposits are non-refundable due to the weather.
