Q: Can we come for open play anytime without any reservation?
A: We are open for open play 7 days a week. Please see our scheduled hours of operation. No reservation required.
Q: What is required for me to enter Bumper Jumpers for Open Play?
A: In addition to the admission fee and SOCKS, signed waiver from a parent is required for each child to enter Bumper Jumpers Indoor Playground
Q : What is admission rate for children?
A : Our admission rate is normally $8.50 per child, however this rate could be lower depending on weekly programs and specials. Please see our weekly programs and specials for more details
Q : Do you charge for a child that will not be playing on the inflatables?
A : We have to charge for every child under the age of 18 years old in our facility.
Q : If I have an infant under One year old, do I have to pay?
A : Bumper Jumpers does not charge for any infant under one so long there is a paying child in the party.
Q : Is there a reason why refreshment is not allowed on the softfloor?
A : As part of our safety measure, we do not allow any form of eating or drinking on the soft floor to minimize possibility of kids choking on their food or creating spills that could cause a hazard to other children.
Q : What is the age requirement at Bumper Jumpers?
A : Our facility is configured to cater to children 1year and up. We have an area specifically dedicated to children between ages 1 and 4.
Q : How long can we play at Bumper Jumpers?
A: There is no time limit to play at Bumper Jumpers. You can open with us and close with us. The choice is yours. However, we do not allow ins and outs for children.
Q : Is there a dress code policy at Bumper Jumpers?
A: Bumper Jumpers is a kid friendly atmosphere and we expect everyone visiting us to dressed appropriately. No chains, stud belts, zippered trousers to name a few.
Q: What happens if we forget to bring our socks?
A: We encourage you to remember to bring your socks, however if by error or omission, you forgot, we will charge you $1 for each socks uyou mayhave to purchase from us.
Q : Can we leave your facility with the kids and come back at a later time on that day?
A: We do not allow ins and outs for children. Adults can leave so long there is another adult watching the kid. If you are interested in leaving to come back, there is a $5 re-entry fee charged to the child

A : We do not allow you to leave your kids except if you request our drop off service which attracts a different charge. Please see our program details for specials on drop offs.
Q: Can adults jump on the inflatables?
A: Yes, adults are welcome and encouraged to play on the inflatables to supervise and help enforce the safety rules. Everyone in Bumper Jumpers (including adults) is required to wear socks. No sharp objects are allowed on our inflatables.
Q: Why do we need to have socks on the soft floor even when we are not going to be jumping?
A: We not allow shoes on our soft floor as kids play on them and we would like to minimize the potential germs being transmitted from the sole of the shoes to the kids.
Q: Can I bring outside Food or Drinks?
A: No outside food or drinks is allowed in our facility. However, we encourage you to order Pizza or any cold cuts from your favorite Pizza or Sandwich place or you can choose from our large variety of healthy snacks and beverages from our concession stands.
Q: Do you offer any discounts on admissions rates?
A. Yes, we offer different discount rates, please see our weekly programs or buy any of our discount passes.
Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: Yes. There are two options for group discount. One requires you to have a Tax-ID written on an IRS letterhead or you buy a 5-pass discount card or a 10-pass discount card.
Q: Is there a timeframe to use the discount passes?
A: All discount passes expires exactly 3months from day of purchase and cannot be reused afterwards.
Q: What is the charge for parents when they visit Bumper Jumpers?
A: There is no charge for parents visiting our facility except on the first Friday of every month when we celebrate our family fun night.
Q : What is Family Fun Night?
A : Family fun night is a time when the whole family comes out to Bumper Jumpers, play fun games, Free Pizza and Sandwiches along with prizes for kids to win.
Q : Why would you charge my 15year old for just being in the facility and not jumping?
A : Our admissions fee is not for the equipment but rather the facility.We charge for the atmosphere we have created and the equipment are attractions.
