Is responsible for hosting our parties, and providing outstanding hospitality to our party guest.
The Floor Lead is one of the most important jobs at Bumper Jumpers. Being a Floor Lead means you are responsible for supervising the play area, and making sure all or our guest are playing in a safe manner, and are having a fun time!
-Front End Staff
Our Front End Staff are the first people our guest meet as they enter each facility. You are to provide superb hospitality, complete transactions, book parties, and give tours or the facility to potential party guest.
The Team Lead is responsible for making sure all team members are doing the best they can in creating a fun learning environment, and that each guest is having the best experience possible.
General Managers are responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of each location. It is also their duty to ultimately insure a great experience for each guest.
